I m suffring fron shin bone pain from 1 week ...m athelete ..m doing my regular workout ..but from 1 week m having pain in my left leg shin bone

Hi Kindly work around calf muscles with foam roller and Active Stretching, Do cryotherapy for  5-7days (10-15mins)Twice for Shin pain to Reduce Inflammation. Wish you Fast Recovery Dr.Prabhu Sports Physio
