It's due to muscular imbalance while doing exercises at gym or even in your daily routine . Poor posture leads to muscular imbalance and hence cause this shin bone pain... Consult a physiotherapist , correct your body posture , follow that while running or other activities... Also do muscular strengthening for lower Limb muscles

Hello madam,
Excessive weight gain at your age and improper exercise regimen can cause the said problems. Enough strength is required for your limbs to maintain your daily activities. You need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon first of all, get evaluated with few blood tests, further get a proper exercise regimen and it'll settle in few months. All the best
Greetings, sorry about the pain. Not to worry. It is just poor muscle strength at hips and foot causing shin pain. This can be corrected.
Please try not to make sleep a vampire, if you sleep for extended hours not a problem, it is a sign you need extra rest, meaning lack of vitamin d and stress is taking a toll on your body.
Next Steps
hire a physio as your trainer and get to know what exercise suites your body and get yourself assessed for muscle imbalances at hips, as poor hip muscle contribute to shin pain. you can get trigger point therapy or massage by physio to get started.
everyone undergoes stress which is quite common but how do you deal is upto each individual. talk to your trusted friends or family members to get some support on the issue, be it personal or professional best chance of recovery starts this way.
