Shin area pain
This is just regular questions from my side. I am 26 years 5'10 weight 78 kgs. I was quite active in my early 20's but because of work and leasuire lifestyle my overall health has degraded. one thing i am concerned is when i run my shin area starts paining, so Iwanted to know is it normal or I need to go for some tests?

You can get the levels of Vit D tested to see if there is any deficiency. Continue exercises regularly. Don't over exert when you are running if you are not regularly doing it.
