Shbg is 25,mild facial hair
Hi, my blood tests prolactin, thyroid, testosterone all came normal, but my shbg levels are 25 and iam noticing mild hirsutism on face, ultrasound came normal with no cysts, but my periods got delayed.. Cant able to figure out pcos or pcod...my vitamin d and b12 are quite low... My mental health was also not good previously went through lot of stress and sleepless nights

The diagnosis of pcos is by ultrasound N the treatment of this is to exercise n Maintain a healthy bmi U can connect fr a prescription to help u get ur periods Plus a medicine to regulate them that will prevent appearance of new facial hair

Hi, inbetween because of stress, periods can be delayed, so nothing to worry, youll be fine Regular exercises and healthy weight is the main thing, nothing else!

SHBG per say is non specific. Overall your profile is of PCOS. Psychiatric help may also be needed. Diet and exercise play a great role
