Sharp, spread out pains in left lung

Asked for Male, 13 Years

Sharp, spread out pains in left lung. Had bad pneumonia a few months ago in the left lung, have always had a smaller natural lung capacity and had sleep paralysis for a few seconds a week or two ago and after that my breathing has become more shallow. Pains restrict normal breathing and certain movements.
