I am facing sharp pain around my navel area/belly button due to punch by someone. It has been 24 hrs since and I am not able to have any relief. I am doubtful to some internal body damage/interna bleeding. Kindly tell which doctor I should approach and cure for it also Is it an serious injury? Symptoms: Sharp pain around belly button when sitting or walking or pressibg that area. However No outer change is visible around that area. From outside it looks normal.

It may be due to a muscle injury. You can take tab Diclogesic for the time being and consult a physician if the pain persists as the blow may have caused some internal injury. When did this happen? Consult for better management at the earliest.
