Hello! I believe a pill got stuck in my throat, so I quickly drank some milk and ate some food to flush it down. I'm still experiencing some sharp pain in my chest, but it's less now. Will it continue to decrease? Is this from any residue possibly left by the pill? Thank you, Mel

It is unlikely for pill or tablets to get stuck in the throat. If you can swallow normally then you need not worry. Pain might have been because of acute spasm of esophageal opening. You can wait for couple of days before consulting a doctor
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist or gastroenterology specialist if your symptoms persist
