Sharp pain in the middle of  Chest
I have a pressure or some kind of pain at the center of my chest which is when I  contract or stretch my chest I have some sharp pain . though I don't have any problem in taking breathe my breath holding capacity is around 50seconds, I just get a little bit plcough yellow or black in the morning  .but I have been a smoker from 5-6 years but now have completely left cigarette from past 90days and this pain has been around with me from 1-2 years but now it has increased alot . last year I got a chest xray but nothing came .
