Sharp pain in left chest

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had a sharp pain whenever I breathed deeply, on the left side of my chest, fine otherwise. Eventually I breathed really deep and something seemed to shift or something and immediately the pain ceased completely when I breathed deep, but within seconds I felt weird. Maybe 20 seconds passed and I realized I felt like I was waking up from a dream, not fully in control, lost some awareness, and I faded back into control. Sat down for a while and I feel okay right now
