Sharp chest pain
I have pain in left side of chest and left hand. My BPM is around 90-105 & BP is normal. The ECG is normal, 2D Echo is normal except for mild concentric LVH.  TMT is Negative. I have also been detected with gall stone & kidney stone. I am having frequent gases & burping. Is the chest pain cardiac in nature?
