Hello, It's a liver disorder. Life style,n diet to Chang help you a lot. If u r alcoholic stop it, bland diet, vegetable,or fruit salad two times a day before lunch and dinner. Lifestyle to change means add brick walk twenty minutes morning and evening. Avoid cold drink, spicy,fried,junk,greasy food. Plenty of liquids,butter milk, fresh curd,is beneficial.
