Is she having itching all over body, especially palms and soles?? This high value of OT/PT with itching without presence of jaundice usually is bcoz of intrahepatic cholestastis of pregnancy..responds well to udilive medicine..get her complete liver function test done, rule out all hepatitis virus infection and start udilive after gynecologist consultation..
