SGOT 75 and SGPT 200
My LFT shows SGPT 200 and SGOT 75 my cholesterol levels are normal . In CT and MRI showing 22.3cm liver enlargement. When I pass stool I saw small blood spot since last July. No issues in intestine or fissures or piles. For abdomen pain on right side below ribs I did CT and to check for liver scarring I did MRE. But no scarring in MRE values showing stiffness 2kpascal
Do I need to worry about my liver ? Is this serious?? Iam not able to sit now days more than 1-1:30 hrs in anywhere

Liver elasticity is ok.
Most likely problem may be fatty liver..
But liver enzymes need proper evaluation and treatment.
Plant based diet.
Blood in stool may be piles.
Discuss in detail about your SYMPTOMS for proper evaluation.
