Sexual thoughts compulsive behaviour
I was watching porn for 6 years and masterbuting. Last year i decided i want them to stop.(not masterbution) Bcj i wanna have all with my girlfriend i don't wanna see others...bt when i tried to stop them they overpowered upon me. For sometime i could control but later.. with trigger or without trigger i became out of control..my blood flow in body suddenly increases. I think of many such sexual activities with random girls.  dn i search in Instagram with random hastags or profiles to see nude girls or sometimes text to some girls (.didn't enjoy them i try them to stop as hell).and then after all this superstrong feeling i masterbute with 0 feelings and pleasure ..end up with guilt and regret..i went to doctors took Medicine nd psychotherapy was completely cured bt as Medicine ended things came back again..now i can't go to doctor as i can't tell my parents about these and due to covid situation i can't go there easily.now what to do. how to stop please help. me nd my gf are in stress

It looks like ocd... You need treatment that will surely help and one needs to take medication for adequate time and at adequate dose.. Medication will help you..

Watching porn or Masturbation or flirting is not wrong and nothing to be guilty of. If this behavior affects your day today life or affects your routine life or creates unreasonable expectations in your sex life, then it is real problem.  Understand that Porn is carefully, edited, scripted like a drama. Drama it is.
