Vaginal discharge is a normal phenomenon.lf there is trichomonas or candiadal infection etc  color changes and it becomes foul smelling etc.Consult a gynaecologist.

From what you have explained . It looks like it could be pelvic inflammatory disease .it needs to be treated with antibiotics.please visit a gyanec .
