Sir/madam,
before i was sexually very active ,when i was in 19 years old i had done sex with my ex gf many times after we broke up i used to get addicted to masturbation. Almost every day im doing masturbation and now im 24 years old ,recently i tried to do sex with my current girl friend ,while we were doing foreplay i was erected and very hard and after some time i lost my erection and i ejaculated sperm in soft stage of penis only and i didnt even had sex.And this whole thing was very awkward for me and i really dont know what she had thought about me and im really feeling guilty now .
What happened to me?

You were doing masturbation as a stress buster with which you are habitual. Now it takes time to adjust in a new relationship and these things can happen initially. So don't take it seriously and you will develop confidence as your relationship matures.
