Hi, there have been instances where I have not gotten an erection while having sex. Now every time I'm about to have sex this plays in the back of my head and I get stressed about it. So I either do not have an erection or it doesn't last longer. Also, I'm scared of heights.
How do I tackle these issues?

What you are describing in fairly common. It is a viscous cycle - stress leads to erection problems and erection problems precipitate stress. After a detailed assessment , you can be taught certain techniques or medicine ( if required ). Please see a psychiatrist in person or online
