You cn hv sex in second trimester provided there are no risk factors like cervical incompetence , twins ,placenta praevia , history if recurrent pregnancy loss etc.

Yes it is safe during pregnancy but not forceful.From 4 th month to 8 th is completely safe.If during intercourse if you are feeling any suffocation, pain and discharge means leaking immediately stop and meet to gynaecologist.
