My father has got a severe toothache since yesterday which has now spreaded from jawline till forehead. The ache is on the left side front 3 teeth. He took a pain killer last night.pls suggest.

Hi .. it could be due to deep cavity in those front teeth or could be after gum recession.. a xrays would be required to confirm the cause. Clinical correlation is a must along with xray. Till then he can start with a suitable analgesic.. kindly visit the dentist asap to avoid any severe pain or swelling.

Hi, most probably he is in need of rct. But other causes can be ruled out only after examining. Is there pain when you put pressure over the tooth? And is there any swelling? An xray would be required for better diagnosis
