Severe shoulder pain
My name is mayuri,sir my husband is suffering with shoulder pain due to exercise(gym) from past two years. MRI scan reports shows small partial thickness articular surface tear of the anterior fibres is seen.No full thickness tear or tendon retraction noted. Thin rim of fluid is seen in the subacromial bursa. Acromio clavicular arthropathy seen. I want your suggestion on this sir,will this be cured by medication or surgery.

It is termed as SLAP lesion of glenoid labrum & leads to stress on long head of  biceps muscle.......Meet any near by  sports Physiotherapist
Next Steps
don't depend on pain killers and surgery is not necessary for small lesions
