Severe shoulder pain,and neck
Have severe shoulder pain and spreads to neck and cervical area,and aggrevate when contact in air,pain continuously ,there very difficult to sleep,cant move hand up to wear clothes, please help.pain killers .taken are also not effective,but spoils stomach also

Hi, please relax and take a deep breath.
First and foremost apply some cold pack followed by hot and end with cold pack again ..Do it a min each
Secondly you need to do some stretches for your neck and avoid wrong postures
Avoid taking pain killers as it's not going to solve the root cause
