Severe pricking sensation
I have a severe pricking sensation when passing stools at the opening of the anus. It is alright otherwise and doesn't hurt so much. There is no bleeding either.

Hello Dear, It is possible that you are having fissures in your anus. make sure that your stools are soft and you are not constipated.

Pruritus ani? There are many causes .
Next Steps
unless physical examination ( to look over anus) we cant come to conclusion visit general surgeon for best results.
