Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hello, I have a 1 cm big lump on my anus. When I googled it showed that I have 4th grade piles and I'll have to undergo a surgery. I'm very scared. I have only one lump and it has been there since 5-6 days now. How can I treat it? Is surgery the only way out?
