Severe pain
Pain after some time of arousal from last 8 years unable to examine may be in testicles or groin area but now pain become severe if i am standing it starts paining very much but it's normal when I m laying down one month before same condition was there but reliefed after taking 8-10 dosaze of zerodol-sp but again same condition happens what to do now please help

As per my view about your query you are getting severe pain sometimes while arousal and some time it been severe too.
You needed to consult a doctor nearby you and have to confirm the cause of it. Doctor may suggest you to have ultrasound for confirmation cause.
