Severe back since 8 days, feels restless all the time, unable to sleep since 8 days.. No motions also from 8 days, loss of appetite..

Hi, till you pass the motion you will have the pain and restless sensation. You can get an enema done so that you will feel comfortable. Also take plenty of liquids and fibre diet
