Severe back pain
My mother has severe back pain. She leads a normal life and does her household work like cooking but aftersometime her back hurts. It started when her bone doctor gave her few exercises and she started doing a week back. She is using dynapar medicine that other doctor had suggested but the pain keeps troubling her and she is starting to feel tired and less sleep in night. Please suggest.

Back pain has become one of the life style disease..posture, vitamin defiecency all adds up to it ..if u can do one mri of spine will be good .if things are normal she can do some physiotherapy or yoga to rectify it and not to strain back

If it is Lowe back pain .. pain is started after standing to much . Then she needs to take medicine for few days with stopping those exercise. ( with that need more history like why she started those exercise . Is she on bed etc )
