Hello.  No prior details of your activity level.  Considering you're age,  if you are on 'Stiff' side of Flexibility, and because of wrong way of lifting etc it can happen,  causing a pull on joint structures, Cuff, or Nerves. Its preferable to Consult nearest Sports Physiotherapist rather waiting to subside. Am a Practicing Movement Health, Injury Predictions / Prevention, Performance Rehab and Sports Physiotherapist. All the best.
