Hello. No prior details of your activity level. Considering you're age, if you are on 'Stiff' side of Flexibility, and because of wrong way of lifting etc it can happen, causing a pull on joint structures, Cuff, or Nerves.
Its preferable to Consult nearest Sports Physiotherapist rather waiting to subside.

With the description given by you, i feel you might haved pulled your muscles or other soft tissues.... apply ice to tender areas... and visit a physiotherapist for further evaluation. ..
Hey ,it could be soft tissue injury with local inflammation . observe whether pain in subsiding or increasing day by day, rest the arm and wait for few more days .
