Asked for Male, 19 Years

My Vitamin D level is tested 5.7ng/mL CRP - 16.5 ESR - 18 mg/L Please tell me what to do? I have pain in my left shoulder joint, left hand wrist And stiffness in legs(both hips and knees). No pain in back. Is it Arithritis pain or due to Vitamin D deficiency?
