  3. Severe pain in the knee. Pls advice!

Severe pain in the knee
Got up this morning to sudden pain in the right knee. Finding it difficult to walk and put pressure on the knee. Please advice. When I went to bed the knee was absolutely ok. No previous history of knee pain or injury. I am obese. Pls advice
