Severe pain in stomach and vomiting
After ultra sound. Liver is slightly enlarged echogenecity is slightly increased. Gall bladder is well distended, lumen shows two echogenic calculi measuring 2-4mm attached to posterior wall. No calculi seen... Rest is normal Impression : mild fatty liver with probably cholelithiasis

Stones are not attached with any wall. Possibility of polyps need to be ruled out. Fatty liver needs diet and lifestyle changes. U may need gall bladder removal.

Nothing needed for fatty liver. For cholelithiasis you will need surgery.
