I have been experiencing a severe pain in right side of groin area and right testicle since last 15 hours.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  There are a lot of causes for pain. Is there swelling also present? Did you suffer any trauma? Ki dly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
