Have severe throbbing pain in my right ear. Have consulted doctors online, but still no relief.
Have been putting ear drops, taken antibiotics and on painkillers right now

You probably have fungal ear infection or a boil in ear. These do not respond to oral antibiotics or topical ear drops quickly.

I strongly feel u should visit ENT doctor coz ear examination is must in ur case if not getting improved by medication. May be impacted wax or fungal debri but can only be confirmed by otoscopic examination .
