Severe pain in calf and buttocks for las
Actually i had consulted a couple of doctors for this pain and they are of the opinion that my pain is due to pinched or nerve compression. But none of the medication has offered relief, (enzoflam, pregabalin vitamin d, nortyptyline). There is constant calf and buttocks pain 24x7 in one leg and off and on in another leg. Worse with lying down better with walking. Is there any test to definitely make a diagnosis??

To confirm the diagnosis, you would need an MRI of Lumbosacral spine. Pregabalin/Nortriptyline are the most important drugs for patients with this issue. Sometimes, one tablet may not be enough to relieve the pain. Two tablets maybe needed.
Next Steps
Please share the dose of Pregabalin/Nortriptyline that you are taking. Also, avoid sitting in one place for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. After every 15 minutes, get up for a minute and then sit down again. Prolonged sitting increases the pressure over the nerve.

If the pain is persistent,  I think it would be better to get one MRI of lumbosacral spine to rule out the possibility of nerve root  compression at spinal cord level
Next Steps
Take complete bed rest for now. start hot fomentation,  avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet.. continue analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet for now..
