There are many reasons for back pain. If your back pain is worse at night or early morning, or is associated with stiffness, then it may be due to Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis). Diagnosis requires consultation with a Rheumatologist (arthritis and autoimmune disease specialist), and is based on a detailed history and relevant investigations
Next Steps
Consult a Rheumatologist if you have any if the above symptoms

Get yourself checked by a doctor. Necessary blood test and x-rays would be done. Fever may sometimes be cause of back and body pain. Viral fevers and urine infections start with body pains then fever starts.
