Dear Doctors,
My dad is diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis with loose bodies of osteophytes at left side.
Please see attached xray report.
Please advise solution to this problem.
Can it be cured based on medication. (Rosehip powere tablet?
What are surgery options?

Kindly share weight bearing x-rays of both knees in ap and lateral views, opinion can be given in right direction only with that. Thank you sir

Severe osteoarhrtitis is not the right interpretation of an x-ray..it should be graded from 1-4, do that a plan can be made for treatment.

In Grades 3&4 treatment is mostly by intrarticular injections, Osteotomy, Arthroscopy or TKA.
