My mother has OCD from past 35 years, She keeps washing her hands and other things around her but ignores personal hygiene (not changing clothes for days and months) not taking showers and mood swings too, she refuses treatment . How can I help her?

Its not ocd it is most likely psychosis kindly consult for better evaluation and treatment
