  4. Severe myopia. I go for lasik or prk?

Severe myopia
I suffer from severe myopia with -20 in the left and -23 in the right eye. Should I go for LASIK or PRK?

Lasik or prk will not serve the purpose still you will have to use spectacle you can go for clear lens extraction with IOL or I CL thank you  please give feedback
