Severe muscle spasms and pain
My son is 38 and does not have health insurance. He has severe muscle cramps in his right shoulder and arm and is in extreme pain for about 10 days. He is also having difficulty urinating and defecating. He is in too much pain to sleep most of the time.

Hi... If he is cramping so much he needs a saline infusion to improve his hydration levels.... For now.. Let him have lot of fluids and oral rehydration solutions... Let him be in a cool temperature... Avoid exposure to heat .. Get a towel immersed in ice water and wrap it up around his body to receive his cramp and pain.. Kindly revert back with outcome....
