Severe mood fluctuations with insomnia
I have had previous cases of panic attacks and  occasionally suffer from palpitations and breathlessness. It has been almost a year I am unable to sleep at night without feeling anxious. I feel lethargic all the time and do feel like doing anything but only keep to myself. I don't know why I can't shrug this feeling of despair which I feel all the time. I get angry at the slightest instances and I'm overly sensitive to everything around me. I can't keep a hold of my nerves anymore, I think I'm spiralling. Please help!

Hi thanks for consulting here. As you know panic disorder is a recurrent disease so it usually requires a lot therapy and less medication. so you need to continue some low dose medication on SOS basis. You should learn cognitive behaviour therapy which can help to prevent it in future. It’s not a serious disease but treatment is important.
Next Steps
Try Ezolent Beta for panic attacks
Health Tips
Do practice relaxation
