Severe lower back pain can't sit
There is a severe lower back pain right above my hip in the middle area. I am 45 yrs old and i did not encounter any pain before but suddenly i can't even move. The pain is very severe. Please suggest me

Consult with a X'RAY Lumbosacral spine AP Lat views meanwhile take Tab Voveran 75 SR one tab twice daily after meals for three days days.
