SEVERE KNEE PAIN AND SWELLING
My father getting severe knee pain and swelling. During his adult age he is suffering with knee pain during that time he had taken oxlgien-DP tablet. from Last around seven years he stopped taking that tablet. And in 2018 he get full knee pain and swelling so orthopaedic doctor removed fluid from knee then his pain reduced little bit. Again now he is suffering from knee pain atleast once in year and it continues for atleast one month and then stops. This is happening from last 6 years. we using so many remedies and tablets

It would be better to get further evaluation done. Looking at the clinical image, it looks to be associated with synovitis.
Next Steps
It would be better to get MRI of knee to get a better idea about his knee ailment. Also, pls apply crepe bandage over knee, start ice fomentation.
