Severe itching at groin and scrotal area

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am suffering severe itching and rashes over groin and scrotal area from last 1 year. By doctor advice i used corticosteroid ointments. But there is no result. I feel very hot skin at rashes area. Please solve my problem.
