Severe itchiness

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm having a severe itchiness all over my body since last month and it's escalating. There are no physical sign of rash on other part of body but it feels really dry and sensitive particularly on the neck and chin there are tuny zits. I don't know what's causing this but i didn't change my diet or take alcohol but i just started using minoxidil 4 months ago, could minoxidil be the cause of infection?
