I have insomnia since last six months and now become severe since last two-three months.
I met neurologist (he had just had his DM in Neurology last year) and had medication for two weeks, that could not help.
I'm having tensions related to both family and related to my startup, which did not taken off.
Though I could control the thoughts, I'm not attaining deep sleep, could only get mild sleep.
When I get deep sleep it lasts for two hours, and wake up, then again have to control thoughts, after say one hour i will get sleep. Again there is interruption.
Please guide me as to which specialist I should consult psychiatrist or neurologist or what ever speciality.
