Severe headaches
I usually get severe headache. It gets so intense , so much that it gets difficult to fall asleep.. I feel it on the top of my head which comes down to my mouth. I feel tense muscles around my mouth and face. I try to  sleep for 5-6 hours every night. I don't take any pain killers or any kind of medicines . It's been more than an year now. What could be the reason? How do I get rid of it ?

Hello, Headache can be caused due to number of reasons. It can be Tension type or Migraine or Cluster type. Headache associated with underlying stress is usually of mild to moderate intensity and not increased by any physical activity. If there is associated running nose, lacrimation, nausea, vomiting, intolerance to voice and light it can be cluster or migraine type. There are good medications available to take care of all types of headache.
