Severe headache mild fever
(I was covid positive two months ago and was negative with home isolation with 5 days doxycyclin and fabiflue only. No any steroids) Last from two days I am suffering from severe headache and mild fever. Yesterday I have done my lab test in which the my sgpt is58

Today I am facing severe headache. Besides this no other complication. From yesterday night I am taking dolo 650, Emset, pan 40, cefixime, debigate 110. As per doctor advice
But headache is very painful
