Severe headache
I get headache every morning as I wake up and I feel I dint sleep well. Headache severe upon stress and tension. Abnormal weight gain. Getting paranoid.

Head ache is usually one of three causes 1. Stress or emotional upset lack of sleep 2. Eye sight disturbance 3. Sinusitis also may be migraine. You have to consult a doctor physician first then eye specialist for establishing diagnosis.

Dear, you have not mentioned since how long your are having this problem, if acute may be due to stree or change in sleep cycle but if it's chronic you must consult a specialist.
