Severe Headache
I am having severe headache for some time now. Eyes become heavy and the front top head bangs. It becomes a little difficult to do anything.

1. Take plenty of fluids orally- water, coconut water, lemonade, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices, ORS- about 6-8litres/day. 2. Tab. Dolo650mg four times a day for 2 days- 8am, 12noon, 5pm and 10pm after food. (Atleast not on an empty stomach). From the third day, you may please take Dolo650, SOS (as required). 3. If there is dryness in the eyes, please take artificial teardrops. "Refresh tears" 2°|2°|2°|2°|2° (two drops in both eyes, 4-5 times a day). It will be very soothing to your eyes.
