Severe headache
I am having pitta and vata dosha from a long time ago. From 8-10 days I am having severe headache.neck portion and whole head pains and vertigo.Taken OTC medicines but no use. Also pimples are coming on the scalp and paining. Pls consult

If your headache neck pain with vertigo has not resolved from 10 days. You need to consult. Will also need MRI brain. Pimples could be seborrhoeic dermatitis. Also need more information on the condition.
