Hi I am 9+ week pregnant and I get severe headaches each n every day. I was suffering from headache before pregnancy too. What to do and what is safe medicine. Shall taking dolo 650 daily is safe for baby in womb? Pls help ..pain is killing me.

Hi.... Dolo is safer than other pain killer.... Also want some more detail for identifying headache..
